A Little Yoga Joy are a series of Vinyasa Yoga Classes set up by Marian, a 200-hour Registered and Trained Teacher living in Alton, Hampshire, UK.

Coming from a corporate background, Marian understands first hand the challenges of balancing a demanding work-life schedule whilst continuously learning to 'manage our minds' and develop healthy habits.

Passionate about Mental Health, "A Little Yoga Joy" was created from understanding life's ups and downs and knowing the amazing power of yoga to calm the fluctiations of the mind.

What is Vinyasa Yoga?

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style of yoga which has also been described as "Meditation in Motion". β
You will transition with each breath, helping the mind to stay present in the moment. Then key poses are held to help the body build strength. It is a true mind, body and spirit work out "in".
